Young People can't find work, and Employers can't find Job Seekers.
In Southern Missouri, a 2023 study exposed a significant challenge: 63% of employers face difficulty finding job seekers, and 42% of young professionals plan to leave the area within the next five years.

Meet the Founder, Jonathan Bell.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Jonathan Bell sought work opportunities at the young age of 15. However, after facing 17 rejections, he felt discouraged by the community. This inspired him to start his own business and dedicate himself to helping young people find opportunities within the Southern Missouri region.
Why are we doing this?
Our team has faced challenges in Southern Missouri, and we've all considered leaving the region – some of us still do. However, we see the potential of the Ozarks to offer something much better for our young people. We're committed to making positive change and taking action rather than just talking about it.
Why We need You Fam.
We're part of Generation Z, and we constantly hear young people talk about their experiences in Southern Missouri. It's time we come together and exchange perspectives, which can lead to actual change.
It's time to speak up, seriously.
After speaking with many people from older generations, it's clear they want to understand us but may struggle to fully engage. It's time we come together as a community and bridge the gap between us by seeking mutual understanding.
Older Generations, really don't understand us.
Fifty companies came together and discussed Generation Z at length. This frustration resonated with Jonathan B, and it's exactly why we're creating this movement – to initiate conversations and actively deliver on change.
